Terms of service

These terms apply when you use www.kustomstickers.com (the "site") or buy from Kustom Stickers ("we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our stickers

We sell pre-made die-cut vinyl stickers. Product photos show what you'll receive, but colours can look slightly different on your screen than in print, and sizes are approximate (within a few millimetres). The details on each product page (material, finish, size) describe the sticker as printed.

Some designs are satire, parody or political commentary about public figures and current events. They are opinions and jokes, not statements of fact, and they aren't endorsed by, or affiliated with, the people or organisations they mention.

Sticker size, background and colours

Sticker size: It's your responsibility to provide correct and proportional dimensions for your stickers. For example, if you order 2" × 2" stickers but the design's natural proportion is 2" × 1", you will receive 2" × 1" stickers unless you've specified otherwise.

Sticker background: Unless otherwise stated, all stickers are printed on white or coloured vinyl.

Sticker colours: We print all colours using the CMYK colour model. The colours you see on your proof might vary slightly from the final physical stickers. We highly recommend ordering a sample pack before placing a large order, to make sure you're happy with the colours.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in US dollars. If you choose Canadian dollars, prices are converted at the exchange rate shown on the site and you're charged in CAD. Shipping is added at checkout based on where your order ships, and any taxes or import duties that apply in your country are your responsibility unless they're shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds; we send a confirmation by email.

If a price or product is listed by mistake, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after it's confirmed. We'll tell you if that happens.

Orders and stock

Stock counts on the site update as orders come in. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund that item. We may limit quantities or refuse orders that look fraudulent or are placed for resale in bulk.

Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada and, for many products, other countries. The shipping price and the estimated delivery time for your destination are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates in business days, not guarantees. Free shipping offers apply to the United States and Canada only.

Please check your shipping address before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we can re-send it once you've paid the shipping again.

Damaged, wrong or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or something is missing, email us at kustomstickersapp@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund the affected items, at our choice and at no cost to you.

Because each order is printed and packed for you, we don't accept returns of stickers in good condition just because you changed your mind. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Discount codes, rewards and referrals

• Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless the site allows it, and may have conditions (for example, first order only) and an expiry date.
• Rewards credit is earned on paid orders and can only be used on the site. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and the amount you can use on one order may be limited. Credit from an order that's refunded or cancelled is removed.
• Referral credit is given when a friend signs up with your link and pays for their first order. Referring yourself, or using fake accounts, isn't allowed and cancels the credit.
• We may change or end these programs at any time; credit you've already earned stays valid unless it was earned against these terms.

Your account

Keep your password private; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at kustomstickersapp@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it at scale, overload it, or use it for anything illegal. Everything on the site (designs, photos, text and the site itself) belongs to Kustom Stickers or its licensors. Buying a sticker lets you use that sticker; it doesn't give you the right to copy or resell the design.

Liability

The site and the stickers are provided as described, without other promises. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
